What to ask your AI assistant
Example requests for GEOforge in Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, what an assistant can change for you, and what you still do in the app.
Once you've connected GEOforge to your assistant, you can ask about your account in plain language.
Questions about your account
- "Give me an overview of my GEOforge account."
- "How did our share of voice change in the last 30 days, and which prompts did we lose?"
- "Which articles are waiting for review? Summarise the QA feedback."
- "Where are our best citation opportunities this week?"
- "How do I connect our WordPress site?"
Name GEOforge when you want your account's data or tools used. "Write an article about information gain" may get you an answer from the assistant's own knowledge; "Use GEOforge to write an article about information gain" has GEOforge's writer draft it from your knowledge base.
If you gave it permission to make changes, you can also ask it to:
- "Add Rival Co (rival.com) as a competitor."
- "Approve the prompt about CRM pricing and retire the one about spreadsheets."
- "Save these call notes to our knowledge base."
- "Which sales calls are waiting in Gong? Import the discovery calls from last week."
- "Request a revision on the onboarding guide: the intro is too long."
- "Mark the Forbes opportunity as won."
- "Use GEOforge to write an article on CRM for agencies." It tells you the quota cost first, then lets you know when the draft is ready.
- "Publish the onboarding guide to our website on Monday at 9am." (needs the publish permission)
- "Send the Forbes pitch." or "Reply to Sam and thank them." (needs the send permission)
- "Invite [email protected] to the team." Assistants can invite read-only teammates; admins are invited in the app.
It tells you what it is about to change before it changes it. Every change shows up in your brand's activity feed as "your name via assistant", and drafts keep their earlier versions, so you can roll an edit back. To stop a runaway conversation, an assistant can make at most 60 changes an hour, permanently delete at most 5 knowledge-base files, and publish, send or invite at most 5 times an hour.
The connector also offers ready-made workflows, such as a weekly visibility review, plan next month's content, set up my brand and save notes to my knowledge base. Look for them in your assistant's prompt or slash-command menu.
What stays in the app
A few things are only possible in GEOforge itself: connecting your CMS, Google Analytics, Search Console and other integrations; billing and plan changes; uploading files (an assistant can save text and web pages); voice interviews (an assistant can create the interview link); deleting articles; and creating brands or removing users. Do these from the app; your assistant can tell you where to find them.
