By accessing or using the GEOforge platform, website, or any associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using GEOforge on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our Services.
GEOforge is operated by Hop AI. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or your organisation) and Hop AI.
GEOforge is an AI-powered Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) platform that helps businesses build and measure their brand's visibility in AI-generated responses. Our Services include:
GEOforge is an invitation-only platform. There is no self-registration. Access is granted by GEOforge administrators and is tied to a specific brand account.
Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use GEOforge. Our Services are intended for business use only and are not offered to consumers for personal use.
Account Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at hello@getgeoforge.com if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. GEOforge will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
User Roles Access within the platform is governed by role-based permissions (User, Admin, Superadmin). Actions available to you depend on the role assigned by your organisation's account administrator. All data is scoped to your assigned brand account.
Subscription Plans GEOforge is offered on a subscription basis. Details of current plans, pricing, and included features are set out on our pricing page at getgeoforge.com/pricing. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Billing Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. By providing payment details, you authorise us (via our payment processor) to charge your payment method on each billing date.
Failed Payments If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to retry the charge. If payment remains outstanding after 7 days, we reserve the right to suspend access to your account until the outstanding balance is settled.
Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@getgeoforge.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the platform until that date.
Refunds Unless required by applicable law or as expressly stated in your service agreement, subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods.
Price Changes We reserve the right to change our pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' written notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers.
You agree to use GEOforge only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use requirements without prior notice.
Ownership You retain full ownership of all content, documents, data, and materials you upload to GEOforge ("Your Content"). These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to Hop AI.
Licence to GEOforge By uploading Your Content to the platform, you grant Hop AI a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process, store, and use Your Content solely to provide and improve the Services for your account. We do not use Your Content to train AI models or for any purpose outside of delivering the Services to you.
AI-Generated Content Content generated by GEOforge using your knowledge base and brand data is yours. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving all AI-generated content before it is published or submitted anywhere. GEOforge does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
Content Standards You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content and any content published through the platform complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.
GEOforge IP The GEOforge platform, including its software, design, architecture, algorithms, agent logic, brand identity, and documentation, is owned by Hop AI and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in GEOforge's intellectual property other than the limited right to use the Services as described.
Feedback If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about GEOforge, you grant us an unrestricted, royalty-free right to use that feedback without any obligation to you.
The platform supports integrations with third-party services including WordPress, Webflow, Google Drive, and LLM providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policies. GEOforge is not responsible for the availability, performance, or data practices of third-party services.
When you connect a third-party service, you authorise GEOforge to interact with that service on your behalf as configured. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any credentials or data required to enable these integrations.
GEOforge uses AI and Large Language Models to power its core features. You acknowledge and agree that:
You are responsible for all decisions made based on data, insights, or content generated by GEOforge.
Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information strictly confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law. Confidential information includes but is not limited to: your brand strategy, knowledge base content, and business data; our platform architecture, pricing, agent logic, and proprietary methodologies.
This obligation survives termination of your subscription.
THE GEOFORGE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HOP AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. In such cases, the above exclusions apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HOP AI AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
IN NO EVENT SHALL HOP AI'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GEOFORGE IN THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought, even if GEOforge has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hop AI and its officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your use of the Services; Your Content; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; or any content you publish using the platform.
Term These Terms remain in effect for as long as you maintain an active GEOforge subscription or account.
Termination by You You may terminate your subscription at any time in accordance with Section 4 (Cancellation).
Termination by GEOforge We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay outstanding fees, engage in conduct that we reasonably believe poses a risk to GEOforge or other users, or if we are required to do so by law.
Effect of Termination Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases. We will delete or anonymise your data within 30 days of termination in accordance with our Privacy Policy, unless we are legally required to retain it longer. Sections 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 15 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which Hop AI is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Hop AI's registered jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer (which these Services are not intended for), mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence may apply regardless of the above.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via an in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and cancel your subscription before the effective date.
Entire Agreement These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate service agreement or order form, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hop AI regarding the Services.
Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver Failure by GEOforge to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Assignment You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. GEOforge may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Force Majeure GEOforge will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, third-party service failures, or government actions.
